Thank you for your interest in hosting your event at sip. Wine Bar. We are happy to work with you to create a fun and memorable time that fits your budget.

Room options:

Dini room:

The Dini Room located up about 5 stairs, seats a maximum of 32 people.  Please note that this room has stairs to enter.
We have a large tv if you would like to do a slideshow, etc.  
(requires you to bring a slide show loaded on your computer with an HDMI output).
 
 

Back patio:

Our back patio holds 65 or so people. If we need to seat more we have the option of serving the food buffet inside the building. It is covered and heated if needed. We have a projection screen if you would like to do a slideshow, etc. (requires you to bring a slideshow loaded on your computer with an HDMI output).
 

The whole building:

Limited Availability. Weekday costs will incur a minimum spend of $1500 before 5 p.m. after 5 p.m. the minimum spend of $4000 The weekend day cost will incur a minimum food and drink spend of $2500 or equivalent in a fee up to 3 p.m.  Weeknight costs will incur a minimum food and drink spend of $10,000 or equivalent in a fee.

There is a non-refundable $150 room fee for 3 hours. You can come in 1 hour before to decorate. Painters tape only, please. You will be responsible for taking your decorations down and disposing of them. 
 
The capacity of rooms depends on your options: decorations, gift & food tables, balloon arches, etc

We have several different options available when it comes to serving food.

This is available as a package or you can pick individual items and mix and match them with our traditional food menu. 
 

Traditional Buffet Catering Menu:

 We offer a catering menu, which is served buffet style:

 

Traditional Food Menu:

A tapas, small plate menu. This menu does change seasonally. This can be done as a buffet or family style. For family style, we prefer to group the tables to 8 guests at a table. 
 

Dessert/Bakery items:

An outside cake or set of cupcakes is allowed, 1 item from a licensed facility. No candy, snacks, etc. allowed. 
 
  Any combination will work. We will work with you to make sure you have enough food but not too much. Looking for something not on one of these menus, please ask and let's see if the chef can accommodate. 
 

Drink options:

We are a self-serve wine bar where you choose from a 1,3 or 5-ounce pour. There are 80+
 
Or we could help you choose any combination of wine bottles to have for your guests to pour themselves, or just a bucket of beer, white claws, etc ...  Depending on your guest's needs.
We also have airpots of coffee, 2 gallon service available for iced tea, & lemonade available 
 
Costs- depend on the option you choose. Sangrias and bottle service is the cheapest while the wine machines usually are your most expensive option. 
 
Opened bottles that are not empty can be corked to take home. 
Are you or each guest getting wine cards for self-serve wine? You could do a cash bar or champagne toast, There's also a Sangria Bar Option, Mimosa Bar, or Bloody Mary option.
Some customers just serve food and let guests open their own drink tab that they are responsible for ("cash bar" style)
 
 
 
 
Gratuity extra, no confetti allowed, only painter's tape allowed for hanging decorations.
No outside food or drink is allowed except for the dessert option. 
Sip is a 21 years and older establishment. 
Children are allowed only if you book a private room with us. Please have children remain with you in your event space during that time. Sip. is primarily an adults-only establishment, but there are exceptions for private parties and events. If you have guests that will be under 21, we ask that you let us know this ahead of time. We also request that any underage guests be supervised at all times, and remain in the party space.

Parties of 20 or more will be charged an 18% gratuity automatically.
