Brewed in homage to the beer of Cologne, Krankshaft is a pale straw hued smile in a glass. We throw in a little wheat malt to round out an easy Santiam hop bitterness. There are no Köbes to serve them up, but you should feel free to have as many as you like.

A collaboration with Best Maid Pickles in Fort Worth that has a very loyal following all over Texas and beyond. Best Maid is known for its unique taste, more salty than vinegary and the pickle beer has the same characteristics, with a nice lemon peel acidity from Martin House's souring bacteria.

The addition of wheat malt lends a smooth mouthfeel, making it a classic summer beer. Made with only 4 ingredients, and without the use of any spices or fruit, Oberon is the color and scent of sunny afternoon.

Dovetail Brewery

DinoS'mores features a heavier-than-ever-before dose of cacao lending huge notes of dark baking chocolate. Ten different malts make up the complex and roasty grain profile, while creamy aromas and sweet sensations derive from sliced Indonesian vanilla beans added directly to the tank. The combined sweet vanilla notes and dark roasted character are as close as you will find to that marshmallow you held too close to the fire but blew out just in time.

This Hazy American Pale Ale is Double Dry Hopped with Citra, Cryo Loral, and Mosaic hops and fermented with Kveik yeast.
Full-bodied and layered, robust porter brewed with Belgian caramel malts, American chocolate malts, German hops, and English yeast. This beer is heavy on the rich, dark chocolates with lots of caramelized raisins and caramel, but perfectly balanced with a distinct coffee flavor and moderate hop bitterness.
Brewed with almost an American Lager type malt base plus some German Pilsner malt for a little more depth of character, we added a refreshing dose of new age hops to make this lagered IPA dry, crisp, and clean. Lighter in body, the hops (Idaho Gem, Mosaic, and HBC 630) really shine without being overly bitter. Expect flavor and aroma notes of berry, citrus, cherry, pine resins, and florals
This Vanilla & Coffee Blonde Ale comes in at 5.2% ABV and has Vanilla and Tugboat Coffee's Single Origin Guatemala added. The base beer is brewed with a blend of US 2 Row and English Maris Otter malts as well as some flaked wheat and barley. Lightly hopped at 15 IBU, this beer is meant to resemble an easy drinking Vanilla Latte!
